Event Controller
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and oversee all aspects of events, including planning, budgeting, and execution
- Liaise with clients to understand their requirements and ensure all needs are met
- Manage event logistics, including catering, decorations, and entertainment
- Supervise event staff, including set-up and breakdown teams
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations throughout events
- Handle any issues or emergencies that may arise during events
Skills and Expertise
- Previous experience in event planning or management within the hospitality industry
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work well under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
