Event Controller
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinating all aspects of events, from planning and preparation to execution and follow-up
- Managing event budgets, timelines, and logistics to ensure events run smoothly and meet objectives
- Working closely with event vendors, suppliers, and contractors to ensure all services are delivered on time and to the required standards
- Supervising event staff and volunteers to ensure tasks are completed efficiently and effectively
- Communicating effectively with stakeholders, clients, and attendees to ensure their needs are met and expectations are exceeded
Skills and Expertise
- Proven experience in event management or a related field
- Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software programs
