Key Responsibilities

• Holistic patient care from admission to discharge
• Provide cross-site cover as required
• Plan and provide nursing care
• Effective communication across the multi-disciplinary team
• Contribution to JAG Accreditation within the Endoscopy Unit
• Assess, plan, implement and evaluate nursing care under Ward Manager direction
• Organize and coordinate nursing services in the ward/department
• Exercise accountability as per the NMC Code of Professional Conduct
• Responsibility for all nursing care standards and clinical standards
• Role model compassionate and inclusive leadership to shape a collective leadership culture within the Trust
