Key Responsibilities
- Providing tailored employment law and HR advice to clients via phone and email, managing multiple cases.
- Delivering high-quality customer interactions by going the extra mile for clients.
- Managing ongoing cases and building relationships with diverse business clients and industry sectors.
- Making decisions on advice related to client and business risk evaluation.
- Identifying, pricing, and delivering additional consultancy and training services to clients.
- Proactively supporting clients to identify and address business pain points.
Skills and Expertise
- Professional qualification in employment law, HR, or employee relations (e.g., NVQ4, Diploma, Degree).
- Experience providing advice on complex matters with high attention to detail.
- Extensive experience in employment law, employee relations, or HR.
- Strong background in identifying client needs, assessing risks, and prioritizing recommendations.
- Ability to identify root causes, develop business solutions, and provide tailored service offerings to clients.
- Strong time management skills and flexibility.
