Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and support children at all times
• Support childrens learning and development using the Early Years Foundation Stage
• Support children in learning inside and outside the setting
• Be a role model in the classroom with up-to-date educational experience
• Work with children in the foundation stage

Skills and Expertise

• Ability to supervise and support children
• Experience with Early Years Foundation Stage
• Ability to support childrens learning in various settings
• Classroom role modeling with up-to-date educational experience
• Experience working with foundation stage children
• GCSE (grade C or above) in Maths and English, or equivalent
• Good spoken and written English, with communication fluency
• Calm and caring nature

• Working knowledge of safeguarding
• Passion for enabling children to thrive
