Key Responsibilities

• Managing a team of drivers, ensuring efficient and safe route completion.
• Coordinating driver schedules and assigning tasks.
• Overseeing vehicle maintenance and roadworthiness.
• Handling driver-related issues effectively.
• Liaising with clients to maintain delivery schedules and customer satisfaction.
• Implementing and monitoring health and safety procedures.
• Reporting key metrics to Head of Operations, escalating risks and resolving issues promptly.

Skills and Expertise

• Supervisory or managerial experience in the driving industry.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• Knowledge of driving industry legislation and regulations.
• Full UK driving license with a clean driving record.

Job Facilities/Benefits

• Salary between 35,000-38,000 per annum (depending on experience)
