Director’s Personal Assistant Worcestershire
Key Responsibilities
- Support to the COE Director, coordinating various activities.
- Production and distribution of various reports.
- Assist the Business Finance Director with organization and preparation for the Finance Training Day.
- Management of pre-qualification portals (Achilles, Construction Line), and business opportunities.
- Cash allocation activities, including credit card payments.
- Design, development, and maintenance of SharePoint sites.
- Administration for Finance students undertaking CIMA, ACCA & AAT (training agreements, booking forms, student tracking).
- Invoice coding and checking for Finance training.
- Ad hoc internal and external communications.
- Management of functional mailboxes.
Skills and Expertise
- Advanced Microsoft Excel for data manipulation and reporting.
- Intermediate Microsoft Outlook for organization, responses, and archiving.
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Word for report production.
- Ability to work effectively without line management supervision.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong time management skills for self and others, meeting deadlines.
- Ability to motivate self and others for maximized productivity.
- Ability to identify and drive process improvements.
- Influential and persuasive communication skills.
- Excellent organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail.

- Ideally, NVQ in Business Administration or similar.
