• Encourage students to explore a variety of materials and techniques.
• Promote a safe working environment by adhering to health and safety standards.
• Assess and support student progress with constructive feedback and encouragement.
• Foster an innovative and collaborative classroom atmosphere.

Skills and Expertise

• QTS or equivalent teaching qualification in Design and Technology or a related field.
• Strong subject knowledge and passion for teaching D&T.
• Excellent classroom management and communication skills.
• Ability to inspire creativity and critical thinking in students.
