Deputy Manager – Registered Nurse
Key Responsibilities
- Delivering high standards of care in accordance with MMCG policies and procedures and external regulatory requirements.
- Efficient and effective day-to-day running of the care home.
- Developing exceptional personalised service for service users and their loved ones.
- Management of all staff.
- Developing positive working relations with external stakeholders.
Skills and Expertise
- Qualified RGN/RMN/RNLD with a valid NMC PIN number.
- Experienced care team supervisor.
- Previous experience as a deputy manager (desirable, but not essential).
- Committed and organised approach.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Experience in leading and motivating staff.
- Understanding of regulatory compliance and quality service delivery.
