• Working alongside the Home Manager to achieve Jasmine’s mission, ensuring residents receive the highest care standards, and supporting team development.
• Completing care plans within company policy, ensuring monthly evaluations.
• Ensuring team members are competent with medication, completing weekly audits, and managing medication requests.

• Minimum three years residential/nursing home experience, including one year with dementia care

• Satisfactory Care Character Assessment
• Local residence (within 30 minutes of the home)
• Preferred: Two years experience in a similar role, experience supervising teams, NVQ Level 4 or above, or senior experience in health/social care.
