Deputy Care Manager – Nottinghamshire
Key Responsibilities
- Working alongside the Home Manager to achieve Jasmine’s mission, ensuring residents receive the highest care standards, and supporting team development.
- Completing care plans within company policy, ensuring monthly evaluations.
- Ensuring team members are competent with medication, completing weekly audits, and managing medication requests.

- Relevant professional qualification (e.g., Registered Nurse or NVQ level 3 minimum)
- Minimum three years residential/nursing home experience, including one year with dementia care
- Awareness of Person-Centred Care Planning
- Abuse prevention and recognition knowledge
- Satisfactory Care Character Assessment
- Local residence (within 30 minutes of the home)
- Preferred: Two years experience in a similar role, experience supervising teams, NVQ Level 4 or above, or senior experience in health/social care.
