Deputy Manager
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver high standards of care adhering to MMCG policies and procedures and regulatory requirements.
- Efficiently and effectively manage the day-to-day running of the care home.
- Develop exceptional personalized service for residents and their loved ones.
- Manage all staff and develop positive relationships with external stakeholders.
Skills and Expertise
- Qualified Registered Nurse (RGN/RMN/RNLD) with a valid NMC PIN.
- Experienced care team supervisor.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Good understanding of regulatory compliance and quality service delivery.
- Previous deputy manager experience (desirable, but not essential).
- Committed and organized approach.
