Key Responsibilities
- Managing and developing teams across various care homes in the region.
- Implementing action plans to meet resident needs.
- Taking on leadership duties in the absence of the General Manager.
- Managing care standards, motivating teams, and monitoring regulatory compliance.
- Inspiring multidisciplinary teams to deliver high-quality resident care.
- Setting standards, developing strategies, and achieving goals.
Skills and Expertise
- Registered Nurse (RGN/RMN) with current NMC registration
- Teaching, mentoring, or supervision qualification
- Previous nursing home experience
- Continual professional development
- Experience with residents with diverse health needs
- Managing safeguarding investigations and clinical risk assessments
- HR experience
- Knowledge of sales and marketing
- Budget management
- Supporting newly qualified nurses through preceptorship
- Compassionate, resilient, and determined to deliver quality care
- Flexibility and willingness to travel
