Deputy Home Manager (Nursing) – Great Yarmouth, Norfolk

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervising and training care staff
  • Supporting pre-admission assessments
  • Maintaining accurate care records
  • Fostering strong relationships with residents families and external organisations

Skills and Expertise

  • Proven experience as a Deputy Home Manager
  • Ability to engage with residents and understand their individual care needs
  • Knowledge of safeguarding and referral pathways for vulnerable adults
  • Strong working knowledge of CQC standards and compliance
  • Excellent interpersonal skills for building and maintaining relationships with families, care professionals, and the staffing team
  • Ability to promote resident and family involvement in developing and reviewing care plans
