Key Responsibilities

- Supervise clinical practice and check regulatory compliance.

Skills and Expertise
- Experience in helping residents with different health needs.
- Successful track record of managing safeguarding investigations and clinical risk assessments.
- HR experience.
- Strong knowledge of sales and marketing.
- Understanding of budget management.
- Compassionate, resilient, and determined to deliver quality care.
