Key Responsibilities

• Support the execution of debt sale strategy and journeys backlog to improve the end-to-end customer journey.
• Identify opportunities and provide expertise to deliver, consolidate, and automate business performance and proposition activities.
• Support all debt sale activities.
• Design, execute, and review ad-hoc data projects.
• Monitor activity across journeys portfolio and identify improvement opportunities.
• Understand potential changes, translate them to business processes, and establish necessary changes or improvements.

Skills and Expertise

• Experienced data analyst with understanding of retail banking products.
• Knowledge of critical Agile capabilities and ways of working.
• Experience driving and delivering innovative ideas through Agile ways of working.
• Ability to adapt to quickly changing environments.
• Understanding of the debt sale process.
• Strong demonstrable experience of SQL and SAS.
• Awareness of data governance.
• Experience using business analysis tools and methodologies (Excel, Tableau, Snowflake, Python).
• Knowledge of developing business and technical architectures.
