Customer Support Engineer
Key Responsibilities
- Providing technical support to international clients, distributors, users, and operators.
- Supporting customers remotely with diagnostics and repair strategies.
- Learning about company products and applications to communicate complex systems to clients.
- Providing customer training, both in-house and at customer sites.
- Liaising with the Engineering department to improve product design and reliability.
- Prioritizing and managing support tickets efficiently.
- Supporting field services, potentially requiring international travel.
- Providing technical support to the sales team.
Skills and Expertise
- Knowledge of Windows, Linux, and iOS networking (IP/Wi-Fi/GSM/serial).
- Strong background in mathematics and physics.
- Problem-solving skills.
- Strong understanding of scientific and technical English.
- Computer literacy.
