Customer Success Manager

Key Responsibilities

  • Developing and maintaining strong relationships with international and independent school clients.
  • Identifying new business opportunities and expanding market share.
  • Understanding client needs and providing tailored solutions.
  • Ensuring client satisfaction and retention through proactive communication and problem-solving.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to address client needs and deliver exceptional service.
  • Identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling products/services.
  • Providing training and support to clients on platform/services.
  • Preparing and delivering regular sales reports, offering insights into market trends, customer feedback, and business opportunities; using data analysis for improvement and growth.

Skills and Expertise

  • Minimum 3 years experience in customer success or account management.
  • Experience working with international and independent schools.
  • Strong understanding of the education industry and its challenges.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Ability to analyze data and provide insights to improve customer satisfaction.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and relevant tools.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Willingness to travel internationally (as required).
