Customer Service Representative
Key Responsibilities
- Effectively communicate with customers via phone, email, and chat
- Provide prompt assistance and resolve inquiries or complaints
- Identify customers’ needs and concerns, and provide appropriate solutions
- Acknowledge and respond to customer feedback, suggestions, and inquiries
- Document all customer interactions
- Collaborate with other team members and departments
- Maintain customer records
- Contribute to a positive and supportive work environment
- Conduct risk assessments with deliveries
- Calling stores and internal transport
- Updating spreadsheets

- Proven customer support experience
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong active listening and problem-solving skills
- Ability to handle multiple tasks
- Attention to detail
- Remain calm and professional in challenging situations
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
