Key Responsibilities

  • Acknowledge and respond to customer feedback, suggestions, and inquiries
  • Document all customer interactions
  • Collaborate with other team members and departments
  • Maintain customer records
  • Contribute to a positive and supportive work environment
  • Conduct risk assessments with deliveries
  • Calling stores and internal transport
  • Updating spreadsheets

  • Proven customer support experience
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong active listening and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks
  • Attention to detail
  • Remain calm and professional in challenging situations
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
