- Working with a large number of existing clients and logging orders.
- Providing a great customer experience to internal and external clients.
- Dealing with customer queries professionally and efficiently.
- Working within a team environment and to agreed timescales.
Skills and Expertise
- IT Literate
- Minimum 12 months experience in a call centre environment
