Customer Services Assistant
Key Responsibilities
- Making customer reservations (telephone, email, in person)
- Assisting with passenger check-in and boarding
- Adhering to Serco’s Health, Safety and Environment Policy
- Delivering excellent customer service
- Following service standards and demonstrating strong organizational skills
- Working effectively as part of a team to provide a great passenger experience

- Excellent communication skills (with the public and team members)
- Confident use of phone and computer systems
