Customer Service Advisor – Chippenham
Key Responsibilities
- Be the friendly voice and problem-solver for customers.
- Manage customer inquiries, complaints, and requests across various channels.
- Provide accurate and helpful information to customers.
- Keep electronic databases up-to-date with details of interactions and resolutions.
- Ensure secure and confidential handling of customer information.
- Assist with payments, basic account advice, invoice processing, and repair arrangements.
- Use excellent communication and organizational skills to satisfy customers.
Skills and Expertise
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong organizational skills
- Customer service experience
- Data entry proficiency
- Knowledge of customer relationship management (CRM) systems is a plus
Job Facilities/Benefits
- 11.89 per hour (Monday – Friday)
- Various shift patterns (8am-4pm, 9am-5pm)
- 150 Bonus after 8 weeks (T&C apply)
- 28 days pro-rata paid annual leave (inclusive of statutory holidays)
