Customer Resolution Coordinator

Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure timely complaint responses through monitoring of the internal complaints system.
  • Investigate customer complaints and liaise with internal departments for resolution within agreed timescales.
  • Accurate and timely data entry and administration, including updating the team inbox and logging complaints.
  • Meet operational quality standards by monitoring internal complaint system responses and closures.
  • Identify opportunities to improve complaint handling processes and enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Assist with monthly reporting.

Skills and Expertise

  • Experience in a customer service environment
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Professional telephone manner
  • Microsoft Office skills
  • Strong attention to detail
