Customer Resolution Coordinator
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure timely complaint responses through monitoring of the internal complaints system.
- Investigate customer complaints and liaise with internal departments for resolution within agreed timescales.
- Accurate and timely data entry and administration, including updating the team inbox and logging complaints.
- Meet operational quality standards by monitoring internal complaint system responses and closures.
- Identify opportunities to improve complaint handling processes and enhance customer satisfaction.
- Assist with monthly reporting.
