Key Responsibilities

- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present findings effectively.
- Proficient in using feedback collection tools and data analysis software.
- Detail-oriented with exceptional organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects.
- Passion for improving customer experiences and a strong customer-centric mindset.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
