Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain the customer feedback database to ensure accuracy and accessibility.
  • Monitor industry trends and best practices in customer feedback collection and analysis.

Skills and Expertise

  • Proven experience in customer feedback analysis, market research, or a related role.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present findings effectively.
  • Proficient in using feedback collection tools and data analysis software.
  • Detail-oriented with exceptional organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects.
  • Passion for improving customer experiences and a strong customer-centric mindset.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
