Key Responsibilities

  • Greet guests and visitors, providing a welcoming and friendly experience.
  • Set the tone for the customer journey, ensuring a positive and exciting atmosphere for all.
  • Assist with smooth check-in procedures.
  • Guide guests and provide information about the park.
  • Promote upcoming events and additional activities.
  • Collaborate with other teams (caf, courts, parties) for seamless customer experience.
