Customer Account Administrator – Bradford

Key Responsibilities

  • Assess customer accounts, making sound decisions based on banding matrix and accurate customer information to ensure correct tariff assignment.
  • Complete required data transfers with high attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Review data for deficiencies or errors, correct incompatibilities, and verify output.
  • Verify data by comparing it to source documents.
  • Work in accordance with service level agreements.
  • Work effectively and efficiently.
  • Accurately record information and data transfers using in-house systems.
  • Collaborate with team members to address discrepancies or issues in data entry.
  • Maintain confidentiality and security of sensitive information.

Skills and Expertise

  • Previous administration, clerical, or data entry experience.
  • Strong IT skills, including navigation, typing accuracy and speed.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to identify discrepancies.
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
  • Strong personal organization and time management.
  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).

Job Facilities/Benefits

  • 11.85 per hour, paid weekly on Fridays.
  • Temporary 3-month contract.
  • Full-time or part-time available.
  • Start date: 6th January 2025.
  • Working hours: Monday to Friday, 8am to 6pm (flexible).
  • Part-time hours to be discussed.
  • Working alongside a small, friendly and supportive team.
  • DBS check required.
