Customer Account Administrator – Bradford
Key Responsibilities
- Assess customer accounts, making sound decisions based on banding matrix and accurate customer information to ensure correct tariff assignment.
- Complete required data transfers with high attention to detail and accuracy.
- Review data for deficiencies or errors, correct incompatibilities, and verify output.
- Verify data by comparing it to source documents.
- Work in accordance with service level agreements.
- Work effectively and efficiently.
- Accurately record information and data transfers using in-house systems.
- Collaborate with team members to address discrepancies or issues in data entry.
- Maintain confidentiality and security of sensitive information.
Skills and Expertise
- Previous administration, clerical, or data entry experience.
- Strong IT skills, including navigation, typing accuracy and speed.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to identify discrepancies.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
- Strong personal organization and time management.
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).
Job Facilities/Benefits
- 11.85 per hour, paid weekly on Fridays.
- Temporary 3-month contract.
- Full-time or part-time available.
- Start date: 6th January 2025.
- Working hours: Monday to Friday, 8am to 6pm (flexible).
- Part-time hours to be discussed.
- Working alongside a small, friendly and supportive team.
- DBS check required.
