Key Responsibilities
- Deliver a varied, healthy, and nutritionally balanced menu, meeting specific dietary needs.
- Manage an efficiently run kitchen, supervising staff.
- Maintain exceptional hygiene and cleanliness, adhering to Health, Safety, and regulatory requirements.
- Prepare catering for functions and special events (optional).
Skills and Expertise
- Experience in a kitchen environment.
- Recognised catering qualification (e.g., Level 3 Food Hygiene Certificate, HACCP accreditation, or Level 4 Food Hygiene Certificate).
- Flexibility to work within rostered hours.
