Key Responsibilities

• Meeting performance targets for alarm response
• Coordinating manned guarding teams to respond to issues
• Proactively identifying risk and escalating concerns
• Auditing and identifying faulty equipment to minimise risks
• Liaising with emergency services on fire, intruder, and duress alarms

Skills and Expertise

• Experience working in alarm monitoring in a multi-functional control room
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure
• Ability to deliver high quality incident reports
• Competent IT skills (MS Word, Excel, Outlook, web applications)
• SIA Public Space Surveillance (CCTV) licence
• Five years’ checkable history and references
• Willingness to pass a criminal records check (CRC)
• Willingness to take development training
