Continuity Midwife – Young Parents
Key Responsibilities
- Providing antenatal, intrapartum, and postnatal care for young parents.
- Working in partnership with women, families, and colleagues to deliver midwifery care.
- Working flexibly, including weekend work and on-call cover.
- Delivering care in various settings, including a midwife-led birth centre and women’s homes.
Skills and Expertise
- Completed preceptorship programme
- Midwifery competencies (cannulation, water birth, suturing)
