Continual Improvement Manager

Key Responsibilities

  • Work with stakeholders to drive Continual Improvement in new and existing areas to maximise benefits to Justice Digital.
  • Lead the integration, co-ordination, progression, and assurance of IT Suppliers continual improvements.
  • Work with Process Leads and Service Owners to identify and implement continual improvements.
  • Work alongside other continual improvement professionals to design, deliver and implement the programme of continual improvements.
  • Represent Continual Improvement in service performance review forums to identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Manage, guide and mentor the Continual Improvement Analysts to ensure the team is delivering to KPIs.
  • Effectively communicate ideas, data and rationale behind proposed continual improvements, including business benefits and anticipated results.
  • Capture baseline data and objective key results so that continual improvements can be measured.
  • Own the alignment of continual improvements to Justice Digital primary goals.
  • Proactively share outputs (both positive and otherwise) with the business and support teams by maximising the use of the Know The Thing SharePoint site, periodic reporting packs and collaboration stand-ups.
  • Promote the usage of Justice Digitals preferred tool for capturing Continual Improvements.
  • Operate and input into the continual improvement governance framework.
