Contact Lens Technician – Leighton Buzzard
Key Responsibilities
- Receive inspected contact lenses from QC Laboratory and tint them per customer requirements, maintaining quality and adhering to company tolerances pre-sterilisation.
- Reject non-conforming product.
- Prepare tinted lenses for final packaging.
- Conduct final product checks post-sterilisation (colour, labeling, completion).
- Adhere to all Health and Safety policies and procedures.
- Process orders through the Tinting Department efficiently.
- Assist other departments as needed.
Skills and Expertise
- Previous experience in optics
- Contact lens handling experience
- Understanding of optical terminology
- High accuracy
Job Facilities/Benefits
- Salary: 23,795.20 – 24,984.96 DOE
- Monday to Friday, 8am to 4.30pm
