Clinical Support Worker
Key Responsibilities
- Supporting Radiographers and maintaining departmental workflow.
- Preparing and assisting patients for X-ray or Ultrasound clinics.
- Chaperoning patients during examinations, ensuring patient dignity and privacy.
- Assisting with administrative duties, including reception, bookings, and patient inquiries.
- Preparing and cleaning examination rooms.
- Maintaining and ordering clinical supplies.
- Identifying and preparing patients for examinations in a timely manner, observing dignity and privacy.
- Chaperoning patients during ultrasound examinations.
- Ensuring X-ray and Ultrasound rooms are prepared and clean before each examination.
- Monitoring and ordering clinical supplies to maintain adequate stock levels.
- Assisting the administrative team with patient registration and bookings.
- Handling patient inquiries and bookings over the telephone.
Skills and Expertise
- Experience in a healthcare setting.
- Good computer skills.
