Clinical Skills Learning Environment Manager
Key Responsibilities
- Provide leadership and management of the Clinical Skills Learning Environment (CSLE).
- Ensure pre-clinical training and advanced clinical technique development.
- Manage resources, equipment, and materials for teaching sessions.
- Manage the CSLE budget, seeking value for money.
- Supervise and manage professional services and nursing staff.
- Provide direct teaching to BDS, Dental Hygiene, and Dental Therapy students on topics like dental radiography, health & safety, restorative materials.
- Serve as the point of contact for clinical staff, offering support and advice.
