Clinical Skills Learning Environment Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and management of the Clinical Skills Learning Environment (CSLE).
• Ensure pre-clinical training and advanced clinical technique development.
• Manage resources, equipment, and materials for teaching sessions.
• Manage the CSLE budget, seeking value for money.
• Supervise and manage professional services and nursing staff.
• Provide direct teaching to BDS, Dental Hygiene, and Dental Therapy students on topics like dental radiography, health & safety, restorative materials.
• Serve as the point of contact for clinical staff, offering support and advice.
