Skills and Expertise

  • Minimum Level 4 NVQ in Health and Social Care
  • Experience in healthcare sector
  • Management/Leadership experience (essential)
  • NMC (Nursing and Midwifery) certificate with active PIN
  • Caring nature with personalized approach
  • Flexible and adaptable to changes
  • Ability to work under pressure
  • Warm, approachable, and engaging persona
  • Respectful and considerate treatment of others
  • Resilient and adaptable to differing needs
