Care Home Clinical Lead – Cumberland
Key Responsibilities
- Delivering clinical care to high standards.
- Ensuring care aligns with all regulations, including safeguarding policies.
- Overseeing the creation of care plans.
- Making critical clinical decisions and managing projects.
- Evolving care levels to meet residents’ needs.
- Keeping the team updated with clinical developments through coaching, training, and mentoring.
Skills and Expertise
- Registered Nurse (RGN/RMN) with current NMC registration.
- Teaching, mentoring, or supervision qualification.
- Experience in gerontology.
- Strong awareness of clinical policy frameworks and Royal Pharmaceutical guidelines.
- Dedicated and motivational with experience in successful clinical mentorship and performance management.
- Person-centred and compassionate approach to nursing.
