Clinical Assessment Coordinator
Key Responsibilities
- Act as assessment coordinator for a division within CHFT.
- Support the division in maintaining and supporting the clinical assessment service.
- Work closely with clinicians, secretaries, managers, and admin staff to ensure timely patient pathways.
- Be the point of contact for divisional service users.
- Ensure the Clinical Assessment Service (CAS) is kept up-to-date.
- Undertake any admin duties related to the CAS.
- Be the first point of contact for the clinical team, GP surgeries, and patients.
- Be fully conversant with the E-referral system.
- Support the services with general administration duties as needed.
Skills and Expertise
- Experience with E-referral systems.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and administrative skills.
- Ability to work effectively with diverse teams.
- Knowledge of clinical assessment processes is desirable.
