Class 1 Night Driver – Stowmarket
Key Responsibilities
- Delivering to retail stores using curtain and box trailers.
- Collecting containers from port for delivery.
- Planning daily routes.
- Completing daily vehicle checks.
- Maintaining contact with the transport team and managing customer expectations.
- Attending regular training sessions.
Skills and Expertise
- UK Class 1 (CE) Driving Licence
- Current DCPC and Digital Tachograph Driver Card
- Experience delivering to client sites (advantageous)
- Excellent customer service skills
- Ability to work to deadlines
- Confident, polite, and a team player
- Good geographical knowledge
- Fit, flexible, hardworking, and self-motivated
Job Facilities/Benefits
- 41,990 per annum salary (includes shift allowance of 17.50 per shift)
- Monday-Friday, 16:00hrs – 02:00hrs
