Location: We offer the opportunity to work completely from home within the UK, be office based in Amesbury, or split your time
between home and office
Hours: Full time hours of 37.5 per week, working Monday – Friday between the hours of 9 am – 5 pm.

What we look for in you
* Previous veterinary or insurance claims experience is essential
* We’re committed to responding to our customers as soon as possible so you’ll need to work at a good pace and have excellent
accuracy and the attention to detail
* As you’ll be working on multiple claims at one time, you’ll need to be highly organised
What you`ll get up to as a Claims Assessor
To give you an idea what to expect, you`ll be:
* Collating information from multiple sources to assess claims appropriately
* Providing front line assistance for customers in all key claims-related activity and across a range of communication channels
(primarily Telephony)
* Effectively dealing with and supporting customers in complex emotional situations (e.g. pet bereavement, claim declinatures)
from FNOL to claim closure
* Querying any anomalies and declining claims that are invalid
* Working at pace to ensure we’re responding to customers within a reasonable time frame
