Role/Responsibilities:
– Collaboration : Work closely with architects, design team members, and clients on various projects.
– Project Management: Be accountable for the successful delivery of projects assigned by senior engineers.
– Technical Design :
– Develop Civils 3D drainage models and drawings.
– Produce standard AutoCAD drainage details.
– Use MicroDrainage software for designing drainage systems, perform calculations with TEDDS, and handle manual calculations.
– Plan pavement structures and concrete joint layouts.
– Conduct cut & fill assessments using Civils 3D.
– Use AutoTrack software for vehicle tracking.
– Produce SuDS strategy and prepare reports and submission packs for RIBA design stages and Building Control.
This role requires proficiency in the relevant software and hands-on experience in civil drainage design, with a collaborative and detail-oriented mindset.
