Standard Working Hours: 37.5 hours (Monday to Friday)
Salary: £45,000 – £60,000 (Depends On Experience)
Company Overview:
A multi-disciplined engineering consultancy with 4 offices and 100 staff seeks an experienced civil drainage engineer for their London office. They currently have 13 drainage engineers across their 4 offices, with 2 in London.
Role Overview:
Clients: Public and private sector
Focus: Preliminary and detailed drainage and road designs, predominantly on drainage and flood risk
Projects: Ranging from single dwellings to 1 million square ft commercial developments, care homes, waste recycling, and public buildings
Main Duties & Responsibilities:
– Preparation of preliminary surface and foul water drainage designs
– Strategic drainage designs for medium and large-scale projects
– Sustainable drainage concepts and designs
– Preparation of Flood Risk Assessments

Requirements For Role :
– Working towards or holding a civil engineering degree/HNC/HND equivalent
– Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a similar role/environment
– Proficiency in AutoCAD and Microdrainage/FLOW or similar software (e.g., Civils 3D)
