- At least 6 months full-time experience in the last 3 years working with children and young people.
- Right to work in the UK.
- Ability to work up to full-time hours.
- Level 3 qualification in children’s services (highly desirable).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong commitment to providing high-quality care and support.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
