Skills and Expertise
- At least 6 months full-time experience working with children and young people in the last 3 years.
- Right to work in the UK and ability to work full-time hours (part-time available).
- AccessNI check required.
- Level 3 qualification in children’s services (highly desirable).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong commitment to providing high-quality care and support.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
