Childcare Assistant

Key Responsibilities

• Experience working with children in a school or early year setting.
• Self-motivation, flexibility, and teamwork skills, with the ability to work independently.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills for effective interaction with children and adults.
• Knowledge of first aid or willingness to complete a first aid course.
• Understanding of how games and activities support child development.
• Ability to overcome communication barriers and build rapport with diverse individuals.
• Understanding of social and emotional well-being and commitment to a supportive learning environment.
• Ability to remain calm under pressure and maintain composure in challenging situations.
