- Strengthen relationships with local communities.
- Build local and national partnerships.
- Balance strategic oversight with visibility across the trust.
- Ensure pupils are at the heart of the Trust’s work.
- Remain community-focused while achieving excellence.
- Ensure ethical leadership, empathy, resilience, and inspiring staff, stakeholders and pupils.
Skills and Expertise
- Experience leading complex organizations.
- Deep understanding of education.
- Track record of delivering positive change, including transforming underperforming schools.
- Familiarity with curriculum development, teaching, and the broader education landscape.
- Skills in managing the practical demands of running schools (finance, HR, and infrastructure).
- Foster a culture of collaboration, integrity, and shared responsibility.
- Build strong relationships across schools, communities, and external networks.
- Lead with empathy, compassion, and strategic vision.
- Balance innovation with respect for the unique identities of schools.
- Empower staff and build ethical leadership capacity.
