Key Responsibilities

  • Managing production and food levels to ensure minimal wastage
  • Supporting new team members with learning procedures and kitchen standards
  • Cooking and preparing food for breakfast, lunch, and dinner services
  • Working collaboratively as part of a team of chefs and acting as a trainer/coach
  • Following recipe cards to prepare, cook, and serve meals
  • Assisting with deliveries, stock checks, food orders, and maintaining kitchen records
  • Monitoring and recording temperatures of fridges, freezers, hot cabinets, and serveries
  • Completing daily paperwork for due diligence
  • Assisting in daily and weekly kitchen deep cleans

Skills and Expertise

  • Relevant culinary qualification (706/1, 706/2, or equivalent)
  • Chef experience (considered)
  • Excellent team player and communication skills

Job Facilities/Benefits
