Chef de Partie – Box Hill School

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare and cook high-quality dishes according to school menus and standards.
  • Support Head Chef and Sous Chef in daily kitchen operations.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and compliant kitchen environment, following food hygiene and safety regulations.
  • Assist with menu development, incorporating variety and seasonal ingredients.
  • Contribute to special events and hospitality catering as required.

Skills and Expertise

  • Leaving Cert level education or above
  • NVQ qualification at minimum level 2
  • Successful progressive catering background
  • Passion for food and customer service
  • Innovative with menus and food presentation
  • Good listening skills
