Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and cook high-quality dishes according to school menus and standards.
- Support Head Chef and Sous Chef in daily kitchen operations.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and compliant kitchen environment, following food hygiene and safety regulations.
- Assist with menu development, incorporating variety and seasonal ingredients.
- Contribute to special events and hospitality catering as required.
Skills and Expertise
- Leaving Cert level education or above
- NVQ qualification at minimum level 2
- Successful progressive catering background
- Passion for food and customer service
- Innovative with menus and food presentation
- Good listening skills
