Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and cook dishes according to recipes and head chef standards, adhering to food safety.
- Manage station production, ensuring supplies and cleanliness.
- Maintain high quality standards for dishes, considering presentation and taste.
- Communicate effectively with team members, assisting and supporting colleagues, and coaching junior chefs.
- Collaborate with head chef to develop and taste new recipes.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen, ensuring equipment functionality.
Skills and Expertise
- Proven experience as Chef de Partie (minimum 3 years’ experience in a professional kitchen).
- Knowledge of various cooking techniques and cuisines.
- Strong understanding of food safety and sanitation.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
