Key Responsibilities

• Keep the kitchen area clean at all times.
• Prepare and assist the chef in general preparation when necessary.
• Maintain correct food storage and holding temperatures.
• Act within Health and Safety at Work regulations.
• Provide support and guidance to work experience placements.
• Carry out any other reasonably comparable duties as required.
• Undertake additional duties as required.

Skills and Expertise

• Experience in a similar role (advantageous, but training provided).
• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
• Respectful of equal opportunities.
• Willingness to obtain a DBS check.
