Key Responsibilities

  • CCTV Monitoring: Continuous surveillance of the site to prevent and detect suspicious activities.
  • Patrols: Regular site patrols to check for security breaches and safety hazards.
  • Incident Reporting & Documentation: Accurate completion of incident reports, daily logs, and first aid documentation.
  • Maintenance Reporting: Identification and reporting of maintenance needs affecting site safety.
  • Emergency Response Coordination: Liaison with emergency services and local authorities during emergencies.
  • Identity Verification & Access Control: Verification of identities and management of entry/exit points.
  • Customer Service Excellence: Providing high-level customer service to clients and residents.
  • Workplace Cleanliness: Maintaining a clean, tidy, and hazard-free security office.

Skills and Expertise

  • Valid SIA Door Supervision or Security Guarding license.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills for effective interaction with all parties.
  • Compassionate approach and ability to remain calm under pressure when dealing with residents.
  • Strong command of the English language.
  • Excellent punctuality and timekeeping.
