Key Responsibilities
- Ensuring residents receive high-quality, person-centred care.
- Coordinating and managing resident care, considering individual needs and preferences.
- Organising shifts and administering/recording medication.
- Liaising with health professionals and updating resident care plans.
- Assisting with the induction, training, and supervision of support staff.
Skills and Expertise
- Experience supervising a care team.
- Empathy and understanding of resident needs.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.
- Flexibility with working schedules and responsibilities.
- NVQ3 in Health & Social Care (or working towards).
