Care Team Leader – Reading
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure smooth service operation from shift to shift.
- Maintain and update Support Plans, Risk Assessments, MAR charts, and other relevant paperwork.
- Assist Support Workers with direct care visits as needed.
- Conduct monitoring checks, including medication competency, spot checks, and carer assessments.
Skills and Expertise
- Experience in Health & Social Care (minimum 1 year)
- NVQ Level 3 (held or working towards)
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work as part of a team
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to maintain accurate records
Job Facilities/Benefits
- 37.5 hours per week, including morning, evening shifts, and alternate weekends
